Hi there,
Below are some pictures of the brunch I cooked today. The menu was simplistic – Gordon Ramsey’s scrambled egg with a hint of truffle (as the lovely P’Kae Sunyawonge suggested,) and Egg benedict on sesame bagel (since I can’t find any English Muffins any where) with Tyler Florence’s Hollandaise sauce.
